 It takes lots of people and lots of hours to make Lilybugs run smoothly and we would love to have you on our team.  Working at a sale can involve sorting and placing items to running a register. Whatever the task, we need you!

 Lilybugs Preview Sale

Friday, September 19th

 8:30pm - 10:30pm

 

Signing up early as a worker will give you a greater chance of getting a shift of your choice. All volunteer shifts are three hours, and they are offered on a first-come/first-served basis. Shifts fill up quickly so sign up today!

You will receive (1) one preview sale ticket for every three hour shift you work.  You may volunteer for additional shifts and receive extra preview tickets for a spouse, friend, or relative.

 

We ask that no children under 10 come to the preview sale. 

 

 

Volunteer Shift Information:

 

·     Please be prompt to your assigned shift.  Arrive 10 minutes early and please stop by the volunteer table to check-in, receive your instructions and   pick-up your nametag.

 

For safety reasons children are not allowed during volunteer shifts.  Childcare will not be provided.

 

We rely on responsible and dependable volunteers.  If for any reason you are unable to work your volunteer shift please call us immediately at 502-868-9025 

 

In the event you are unable to fulfill your obligation as a volunteer you will not be allowed to shop the preview sale.  Please understand these guidelines have been set to maintain a high quality event.

 

Please Note: To keep the preview sale a fair privilege that is enjoyed by all our volunteers, only one adult will be allowed into the preview sale per shift worked.
