• Large Ziploc-type bags (to pack groups of toys together and contain small pieces that may go with larger items)
• White Cardstock for tags, they print 6 tags per page.
• Inkjet or laser printer for printing tags

NEW SOFTWARE SYSTEM!!

On your tags, you will have the option to:

• Price your own items (we suggest 30-40% of retail)
• Donate your unsold items to a local charity after the sale.
• Choose to reduce your items to 1/2 price during our half-off sale, the last hour of our event.

Place all garments on hangers with the hook facing to the left (so it looks like a question mark). If you have a set, safety pin the set together before placing on the hanger to ensure they stay together. Keep those cute hats, booties, and pants with their partners!

ONLY seasonal items will be accepted.

Attach your tag to the  top right of each garment with a 1 inch or larger safety pin or you may use a tagging gun.

Two piece outfits must be hung with the shirt on the hanger as normal and then flip the hanger around and pin the pants/skirt to the back of the hanger, through the shirt as well.  This allows for both pieces to be seen easily and prevents pants/skirts from being lost.

All pants, skirts, bottoms of any kind must be pinned to the hanger.

Clothing items with accessories (booties, hats, hair bows, etc.) may be pinned on the front of the matching item, preferably secured in a ziploc-type bag.

TAGGING EXAMPLES:

Toys and equipment must be securely tagged with packaging tape.

Items containing small parts may be placed in a Ziploc-type bag with the tag taped on to the outside of the bag then taped to the larger item.

All battery operated toys MUST include batteries.

Shoes will be limited to your 4 highest quality pairs. Tags must be taped with packing tape to the bottom of the shoe.  All shoes must be pinned, laced, or bagged together.

Small items (bibs, onesies, socks, etc.) should be placed in a Ziploc-type bag with the tag tapped to the outside.

All baby gear and furniture must be assembled.  Small pieces must be placed in Ziploc-type bags with tags tapped to the outside then attached to the large item.

We strongly suggest that books, movies, computer games, etc. be packed in Ziploc-type bags with tags tapped to the outside.  *many books have been been damaged due to pulling off tape.

All items will go through an inspection process at your scheduled drop-off appointment.  Those items tagged or prepared incorrectly will be returned.  ONLY children's items are accepted! Appointments are easily scheduled on the software system here on our website as you register as a Lilybugs consignor.
