What is your return policy? All sales are final with no returns.
Can anyone sign up as a volunteer and attend the volunteer preview sale? Yes, anyone can sign up to volunteer. Visit the volunteer page to sign up today!
Can I volunteer for more than one shift? Yes and by doing so, you can receive an extra preview ticket for a spouse or friend.
Can I bring my children with me to volunteer? No, because of the amount of work to be done and the possibility of injury to small children we ask you do not bring your children to your scheduled volunteer time.
When is the preview sale? The Friday night prior to the public sale from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
Who is allowed to shop at the preview sale?
Volunteers may shop the preview sale and/or the guest they have invited with their extra preview ticket earned by volunteering a 3-hour work shift. All shoppers must have a preview ticket to enter the preview sale.
